The purpose of this call is to provide a framework contract for the participating companies to plan, coordinate, implement and monitor events, exhibitions, outreach concepts and other communication activities related to horizontal areas of science, innovation and research to promote the policy work and communication needs of these companies.

The services required under this contract are tailored to the needs and specificities of the facilities of the R&I family. However, the use of the contract is open to all other Directorates-General of the European Commission and the participating companies in accordance with Section 1.1 of the tender documents.
