The subject of the contract is the purchase of brand new passenger cars divided into three parts:

Lot No. 1 of the order – purchase of a Minibus class car (one car);

Lot No. 2 of the order – purchase of a class D car (one car);

Part No. 3 of the order – purchase of a car class D Premium (one car plus one with the possibility of purchase in connection with the exercise of the option right);

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and detailed terms and conditions of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ

Part 1 of the order – purchase of a Minibus class car (one car)
