The purpose of the contract is to assist and animate the general revision procedure of the Local Urban Plan (P.L.U.). This is an open tendering procedure, awarded pursuant to Articles L.2120-1 3°, L.2124-2, R.2124-2 1° and R.2161-2 to 5 of the Public Order Code. There is no provision for allotment because the subject of the contract does not make it possible to identify distinct services

The purpose of the contract is to assist and animate the general revision procedure of the Local Urban Plan (P.L.U.). The overall time frame for the execution of the mission in 3 phases must not exceed 24 months from the date entered in the service order for the start of services of phase 1.The deadlines for each of the 3 phases are as follows:- phase 1: update of the diagnosis and report = > 6 months- phase 2: development of the PLU project = > 12 months - phase 3: writing and formatting the PLU >= 6 months
