1. The subject of the contract is: development of multi-discipline design documentation and execution of construction works in the design and build formula as part of the task: "Development of the stadium area on Góra Chełmska and its vicinity for sports and recreation areas – stage I Family Playground".

The execution of the item of the order was divided into the following stages:

1) stage I – including the preparation of multi-discipline project documentation,

2) stage II – including the execution of construction works based on developed and approved design documentation.

The subject of the contract is: development of multi-discipline design documentation and execution of construction works in the design and build formula as part of the task: "Development of the stadium area on Góra Chełmska and its vicinity for sports and recreation areas – stage I Family Playground".

The execution of the item of the order was divided into the following stages:

1) stage I – including the preparation of multi-discipline project documentation,

2) stage II – including the execution of construction works based on developed and approved design documentation.

2. The scope of the contract includes the execution of all necessary works for the proper functioning of the investment in question, including:

- preparation of all necessary design studies, obtaining on behalf of and on behalf of the Ordering Party the necessary opinions and technical conditions, all arrangements, permits, permits, decisions and consents necessary for the performance of the subject of the contract in the scope resulting from the law,

- execution of construction works on the basis of approved design documentation, in accordance with the contract and the requirements of the Ordering Party, including commissioning intervention archaeological research to a specialized research unit, obtaining an appropriate permit from the West Pomeranian Provincial Conservator of Monuments to conduct archaeological research before commencing earthworks, conducting earthworks related to the implementation of the investment under the supervision of an archaeologist, and obtaining all arrangements, opinions, consents, decisions of the Provincial Conservator of Monuments and providing the Ordering Party with documents necessary to obtain an occupancy permit / notification of construction works.

3. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract shall be specified in the SWZ together with the annexes.

4. The investment is implemented as part of co-financing from the Government Fund Polish Governance: Strategic Investment Program.

5. The Contracting Authority obtained the Initial Promise of co-financing of the investment from the Government Fund Polish Ład: Strategic Investment Program No. Edycja3PGR/2021/1824/PolskiLad up to the amount of PLN 2,000,000.00.
