Municipal procurement competes for a framework agreement for oral health care products, which includes the following elements:

- Spot care supplies

- Root Care Supplies

- Other supplies.

Suppliers may submit tenders in one or more areas.

A primary supplier and three (3) additional suppliers are selected for each component to ensure the coverage of the range to the customers. During the framework contract, the contracting entity may, if it so wishes, have the option of conducting a lighter competition between the selected suppliers

This section covers the Sub-area Care Supplies. These are products that will be used in dental clinics for replacement care.

This section applies to the Root Care Supplies section. These are products that will be used in root care in dental clinics.

This section applies to the Other Supplies section. That is, all other dental products (except root and patchwork) that will be used in dental clinics are included.
