The City of Espoo (later also the Client) invites tenders for the purchase of landscaping.

Different units of the City of Espoo may order green plants and artificial plants, green walls, moss walls and their maintenance in accordance with this agreement from the selected Supplier under a leasing agreement.

Procurement is divided into sub-areas

The areas are:

1. Green plants and their maintenance and artificial plants

2. Green walls and their maintenance

3. Moss walls and their maintenance

One (1) service provider and one (1) deputy supplier will be selected for each area.

In Lot 1, a framework agreement is agreed with one service provider. No framework agreement is agreed in lots 2 and 3.

The subscriber requests quotes for Lot 1. Greenery and their maintenance, as well as artificial plants. In Lot 1, a framework agreement is concluded with one Supplier. The pricing of plants ordered during the contract period shall comply with the price level given in the Supplier's offer.

The City of Espoo will not commit to certain quantities during the contract period.
