BKK AS shall enter into an approved joint scheme for Company health services (henceforth also referred to as BHT). The majority of BKK's 1 100 employees are located in premises in the Bergen area, but district offices are also included.

BKK is expecting the service to be provided in the service provider's premises, with some exceptions: i.a. meeting activities in BKK's premises at Kokstad are requested, as well as the service provider's health examinations at BKK's larger district offices.

The preliminary start of the framework agreement is 1.6.2017. The initial framework agreement period is 2 years. A total contract period of 6 years with option for extension, 2 years at a time (2+2+2).

A two-stage restricted tender contest with negotiations shall be implemented, subsequent to a prior tender notice. The contracting authority will in stage 1 qualify the tenderers submitting documentation showing compliance with the qualification requirements. Only qualified tenderers will receive tender documentation to stage 2 of the tender contest.
