The subject of the contract is the construction of a public utility building:
– a residential pavilion with a total gross cubic capacity of 14,987.37 m3 with internal installations, as well as accompanying infrastructure, i.e. connections to the building, spa and cerethic sites, fences, sidewalks, internal access road, playground. A three-storey building, without a basement, designed in a traditional system, with a multi-pitched roof.

The subject of the contract is the construction of a public utility building:
– a residential pavilion with a total gross cubic capacity of 14,987.37 m3 with internal installations, as well as accompanying infrastructure, i.e. connections to the building, spa and cerethic sites, fences, sidewalks, internal access road, playground. A three-storey building, without a basement, designed in a traditional system, with a multi-pitched roof.
In the central part of the building on all floors there are rooms
wards and sanitary facilities for officers. In the immediate vicinity, office rooms (rooms of psychologists and educators) were designed. In the central part of the building in the attic there is a meeting room of the penitentiary commission, a conference room (chapel), warehouses.
On the ground floor and first floor of both wings of the building, cells for inmates were designed, including cells for the disabled and two isolation cells (ground floor of the central body). Each ce-la has an individual sanitary facility. On both wings there are separate rooms for po-siłków, from which meals will be distributed to the inmates.
On the second floor, the following were designed: common rooms, office rooms, a library with a reading room, warehouses, a conference room with facilities, a social room for employees and facilities with a sanitary facility. In addition, there will be doctor's and nurse's offices with dispensing medicines and storage rooms.
Vertical communication is provided by three staircases (one in the central part and one on each wing of the building). All floors will be served by an electric freight and passenger crane with a lifting capacity of approx. 500 kg located in the central part of the building. For safety reasons, access to the crane is possible through the vestibule. Cab with dimensions of 140 x 110cm, door with a width of 900 mm. Crane adapted for the transport of disabled people.
The function of the penitentiary pavilion will be complemented by walking fields for prisoners.
