The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services for the ICE Kraków Congress Center, cleaning the office building at ul. Win 2 in Krakow and the provision of cleaning services as part of additional hours. 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services for the ICE Kraków Congress Center, cleaning the office building at ul. The subject of the order is described in Annexes 1 to 1E to the ToR (Specification of the Essential Terms of the Contract). The order will be implemented in the period from 1.4.2020 to 31.3.2023.
2. The Awarding Entity plans to organize a local vision regarding the ICE Congress Center and the building at ul. Win 2 on November 5, 2019 from 11:00 am. Meeting of interested contractors at 10:45 before entering the ICE Kraków Congress Center from the Park INN Hotel side. The vision is optional.
3. The awarding entity envisages the award of contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 item 6 of the Public Procurement Law. The value of these orders will not exceed PLN 734,256.00 net. These contracts will be awarded on the basis of a separate contract in relation to the basic contract, concluded under the single-source procurement procedure. The subject of the contract (or contracts) may be the provision of services within additional hours after the number of hours provided for in these proceedings has been exhausted; providing cleaning services at the ICE Congress Center or the building at ul. Win 2 in the event of termination of the contract concluded as a result of the said procedure; providing cleaning services for another office building up to 500 sq m
