The subject of the order is: Executing design documentation for the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of the gas network in msc. Bolszewo str. Short street no. 1364; UP/00417101.

Material scope:

— gas pipeline ś/c dn63Pe L=90m,

— gas connection w/c dn32 pcs. 2 after L=5m,

— gas cabinet, pcs. 2,

Based on the conditions of connection to the gas network, as set out in Annex 2 to the contract.

1) the implementation of the construction project, the executive and the object of the works for the task of the following: “The execution of the project documentation for the construction of the construction of the gas network in msc. Bolshewo str. Brief no. 1364; UP/00417101", based on the terms of connection in Annex 2 to the Agreement;

2) obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining on behalf of and for the Employer, from the competent authority, the final building permit decision;

3) execution of the investor's cost estimate;

4) exercising author's supervision.
