SGN are looking to appoint a principal contractor to deliver the following; fit out of custom built headquarters in Horley (approx GIFA 4,900m2) where the shell, core and external works are currently under construction and due to conclude at the end of September 2023. Works will be procured under the NEC4 ECC Option A form of contract where the design will be developed up to RIBA Plan of Work 2020 Stage 3 for tender and the main works contractor will be responsible to developing the design through to construction and completion.
