The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties (single-family housing, multi-unit buildings, summer houses or other properties used for recreation and leisure purposes), uninhabited properties and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in a way that ensures achieving appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reducing the weight of waste biodegradable municipal vehicles transferred to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, the Act on waste, the Provincial Waste Management Plan for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship and the provisions of local law.
Collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Tłuszcz Commune (without PSZOK)Part 1 – Collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Tłuszcz Commune (without PSZOK), which includes: 1) collection and development of residential real estate (single-family housing, multi-unit buildings and summer cottages or other real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes) and from uninhabited real estate of any amount issued: a) non-segregated (mixed) waste b) segregated waste divided into fractions: - paper, - plastics (in including metals and multi-material packaging waste), - glass, - bio-waste, - ash, c) bulky waste as part of the so-called "exhibition". 2) providing owners of inhabited and uninhabited real estate with bags for selective collection of municipal waste in the amount resulting from the needs, 3) equipping 5 pharmacies with containers for expired medicines and collecting and managing any amount of collected waste from them, 4) collection and management of waste collected in 66 street bins located in rural areas of the commune, 5) delivery to the indicated address at the request of the Ordering Party of one bag of type "big-bag" for collecting construction and demolition waste and collecting it during the term of the contract, 6) delivering the KP7 container for biowaste to PSZOK, 7) carrying out one action promoting proper waste segregation and benefits resulting from composting biowaste.
Collection and management of municipal waste from PSZOKPart 2 – Collection and management of municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK), which includes: 1) Equipping PSZOK with at least: 7 KP7 containers (including 2 lockable), 3 containers with a capacity of 1100 l and 2 containers with a capacity of 60 l necessary for waste collection. 2) collection and management of any amount of waste collected in PSZOK, including at least the following fractions: a) paper, b) metals, c) plastics including multi-material packaging, d) glass, e) hazardous waste constituting municipal waste, f) expired medicines and chemicals, g) ineligible for medical waste generated in households as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood (in particular needles and syringes), (h) furniture and other bulky waste, (i) used tyres, (j) construction and demolition waste from households, (k) textiles and clothing.
