Market for intellectual services necessary for the exercise of the role of project manager for the rehabilitation of the 115 dwellings of the Desmarais residence, located at Lieu-dit Petit Paris, in Basse-Terre (97100).

The purpose of this contract is to entrust to the contractor all or part of the following mission elements defined in the act of engagement:

- diagnostic studies (DIAG);

- final preliminary design studies (PDA);

- project studies (PRO - DCE);

- Assistance with the signing of works contracts (ACT);

- the Visa mission (VISA) for studies carried out by the incumbent company (or the incumbent companies);

- the Department for the execution of the works contract (s) (DET);

- Assistance during reception operations and during the period of guarantee of perfect completion (AOR);

- the Scheduling, Steering and Coordination (OPC) mission.

The content of these mission elements is defined in the operation program and decree n o 93-1268 of 29.11.1993 relating to project management assignments entrusted by public contracting authorities to providers of private law, as well as in the decree of 21.12.1993 specifying the procedures for carrying out the elements of the assignment project management.
