The purpose of this public contract is to set up a service for the storage and management of public archives.

The detailed description of the services is indicated in the Special Technical Clauses (Cctp) of the lot concerned.

This lot covers 7432 linear metres of physical archives.

100% of the archives consists of 24x32 landscape files (see Appendix 2). Their outer shell is made of soft cardboard with a flap. The files contain management documents and supporting documents that have the value of accounting evidence. They are packed in containers of about 56 litres.

There are 5 types of files: Retirement, widowhood, buyback, cancellation and reinstatement.

77% of the fund is in the "Retirement" typology.

This batch consists of 13,947 containers of approximately 56 litres, the equivalent of 7810 linear metres of physical archives.

Most of the archives are made up of 24x32 landscape files. Their outer shell is made of soft cardboard with a flap. Other formats and media are available such as registers, ledgers, binders or microfiche. Everything is packed in containers.

Different DUAs are applied to these documents depending on their typology. Indeed, this fund concerns several processes and areas of activity, mainly retirement and accounting.
