The subject of the contract is a cogeneration installation at the GOŚ "Dębogórze" sewage treatment plant in the Kosakowo commune. The scope of the contract includes, inter alia:

a) delivery and assembly of a cogeneration unit (gas generator) with a capacity of not less than 600 kW in container, sound-absorbing buildings and installation

b) delivery and assembly of a transformer station together with MV switchgear and a transformer with a power of not less than 1250 kVA and installation

c) delivery and installation of a siloxane removal station with a gas heater for a flow of approx. 700 Nm3/h

(d)delivery and construction of the installation for the gas drying module with exchanger

e) delivery and installation of the H2-S analyzer on each of the 4 desulfurization plants with a measuring range of min.1000 ppm. 1 ppm resolution resistant to weather conditions (IP67)

f) execution of electrical installation, external lighting, lightning protection system and I&C installation with output of signals to the SCADA system at the GOŚ Dębogórze sewage treatment plant

4.1. The subject of the contract is: Cogeneration installation at the sewage treatment plant GOŚ "Dębogórze" in the municipality of Kosakowo. The scope of the contract includes, among others:

a) delivery and assembly of a cogeneration unit (gas generator) with a capacity of not less than 600 kW in container, sound-absorbing bodies and installation execution,

b) delivery and assembly of a transformer station together with MV switchgear and a transformer with a power of not less than 1250 kVA and installation of the installation,

c) delivery and assembly of a siloxane removal station with a gas heater for a flow of approx. 700 Nm3/h,

d) delivery and construction of the installation for the gas drying module with exchanger,

e) delivery and assembly of the H2-S analyzer on each of the 4 desulfurization tanks with a measuring range of min.1000 ppm. with a resolution of 1 ppm., resistant to weather conditions (IP67),

f) execution of electrical installation, external lighting, lightning protection system and I&C installation with the output of signals to the SCADA system at the sewage treatment plant GOŚ "Dębogórze".

4.2. The subject of the contract is co-financed by the European Union under the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020 in the Project entitled: Modernization of the sludge management line and other facilities of the "Dębogórze" sewage treatment plant and development of the sanitary sewage network PEWIK GDYNIA no. POIS.02.03.00-00-0023/17.

4.3. The description of the subject of the contract constitutes Part III of the SWZ.

The devices delivered under the order must be brand new, I grade, must have appropriate approvals, certificates, technical approvals and declarations of conformity, in accordance with currently applicable standards.
