The administrative cooperation is called BOTT (etter Bergen, Oslo, Trondheim, and Tromsø).

There is a need for external assistance in the continual improvement work for the further development and improvement of the content in the quality framework and learning material. The external assistance will provide support to the administration organisation and be an advisor for the administration manager and administration board.

A fixed limit has been put aside for the further development and improvement of the content in the quality framework and learning material for the procurement of external assistance in continual improvement work, The external assistance will provide support to the administration organisation and be an advisor for the administration manager and administration board. In addition there will be a need for assistance with carrying out minor development projects.

There will be two main deliveries in the contract:

1. Support the scheduled work in the administration organisation.

2. Support with the planning and implementation of minor development projects in the period.
