The Leibniz Institute of Photonic Technologies e.V. intends to construct a biophotonics building with laboratories, offices and seminar rooms according to DIN 277:2021 on the property Albert-Einstein-Straße 9 in 07745 Jena. The planned building will have a gross floor area of around 3,500 sqm and a usable area of around 1,890 sqm. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of the fourth quarter of 2026.

A maximum total cost budget for construction, planning and project management costs, as well as the technical equipment of 29 million euros gross is available for the measure.

In this procedure, the project management services for the aforementioned construction measure are put out to tender.
