Description:
Delivery of servers, network devices, IoT system components and specialist software licenses for the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics of the Gdańsk University of Technology

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of servers, network devices, IoT system elements and specialist software licenses for the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics of the Gdańsk University of Technology.

The contracting authority divided the contract into 8 lots:

Part I - Delivery of servers

Part II - Supply of data transmission equipment

Part III - Supply of wireless data transmission equipment and

multi-element solution of secure IT systems

Part IV — Supply of data transmission equipment

Part V – Delivery of IoT system devices

Part VI – Delivery of client terminals

Part VII — Supply of wireless data transmission equipment

Part VIII – Delivery of IoT SBC servers

Server Delivery

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of servers of network devices, IoT system elements and specialist software licenses for the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics of the Gdańsk University of Technology in accordance with:

Part I - Delivery of servers

1. Server. Number of items: 15

2. The subject of the order must be factory new, complete with a high standard both in terms of quality of workmanship and functionality, free of material and design defects, without prior operation and cannot be subject to third party rights.

3. The contracting authority allows submission of partial bids for individual 8 separate lots of the contract.

4. The subject of the contract includes the delivery of equipment to the Ordering Party's registered office: Gdańsk University of Technology, Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics, Narutowicza 11/12, 80-233 Gdańsk, WETI A building (No. 41).

5.The offered devices must be covered by a warranty period of min. 12 months - counted from the date of signing the delivery and acceptance protocol without comments.

6.Detailed description and requirements of the order are set out in Annex 4 to the SWZ.

7.In accordance with the possibilities offered by the Act of 11 March 2004 on tax on

goods and services (Article 83(1)(26)(a) of this Act – i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 685, as amended) The contracting authority will take steps to apply a "zero" VAT rate to the devices being the subject of the contract, which are included in Annex 8 to this Act. The Contracting Authority shall provide the Contractor with a certificate of the Ministry of Education and Science which is the basis for calculating the 0% VAT rate for the subject of the contract described in Annexes 2a to the SWZ. If the Ministry of Education and Science does not send the relevant certificate within the invoice deadline, the Contractor will issue an invoice with VAT, and upon receipt of the certificate, it will issue a correcting VAT invoice.

8. The Offer submitted by the Contractor must be unambiguous and comprehensive, i.e. cover the entire subject of this contract together with the necessary elements of the hardware infrastructure. In order to achieve all the intended objectives and requirements set by the Ordering Party, in particular in the Description of the Subject of the Contract, the subject of the contract offered by the Contractor must be complete with all subassemblies, parts and materials necessary for commissioning and use. The offered subject of the contract must meet all the requirements of the Ordering Party. The delivered subject of the order after commissioning must be ready to work in accordance with the intended purpose and the purpose set by the Ordering Party, without additional investment purchases on the part of the Ordering Party.

9. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in this SWZ and in the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.

10. The Contractor is obliged to clearly define the offered products, characterizing them by indicating, among others, the manufacturer, type, model and other data unambiguously identifying the offered subject of the contract in the material and price form, drawn up respectively according to the model constituting Annex 2a to the SWZ. The material and price form is the content of the offer.

11.The Contracting Authority requests that the Contractor submit together with the tender the said means of evidence, i.e. technical documentation to confirm the compliance of the offered supplies with the requirements/characteristics specified in the description of the subject of the contract (applies to all parts of the subject of the contract). By technical documentation, the Contracting Authority shall mean technical specifications made available by manufacturers or descriptions prepared by the Contractor on their basis, together with an indication of the sources of the information provided, e.g. the address of the manufacturer's website containing a description of the devices. The indicated sources of information on the basis of which the technical documentation was prepared must be verifiable during the investigation period. Details - chapter VIII SWZ.

Delivery of data transmission equipment

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of servers of network devices, IoT system elements and specialist software licenses for the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics of the Gdańsk University of Technology in accordance with:

4. The subject of the contract includes the delivery of equipment to the headquarters of the Ordering Party: Gdańsk University of Technology, Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics, Narutowicza 11/12, 80-233 Gdańsk, building WETI A (No. 41).

5.The offered devices must be covered by a warranty period of min. 12 months - counted from the date of signing the delivery and acceptance protocol without comments.

The Contracting Authority shall provide the Contractor with a certificate of the Ministry of Education and Science constituting the basis for calculating the 0% VAT rate for the subject of the contract described in Annexes No. 2c, items 1 and 2, to the SWZ. If the Ministry of Education and Science does not send the relevant certificate within the invoice deadline, the Contractor will issue an invoice with VAT, and upon receipt of the certificate, it will issue a correcting VAT invoice.

8. The Offer submitted by the Contractor must be unambiguous and comprehensive, i.e. cover the entire subject of this contract together with the necessary elements of the hardware infrastructure. The delivered subject of the order after commissioning must be ready to work in accordance with the intended purpose and the purpose set by the Ordering Party, without additional investment purchases on the part of the Ordering Party

9. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in this SWZ and in the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.

10. The Contractor is obliged to clearly define the offered products, characterizing them by indicating, among others, the manufacturer, type, model and other data unambiguously identifying the offered subject of the contract in the material and price form, drawn up respectively according to the template constituting Annex 2h to the SWZ. The material and price form is the content of the offer.

11.The Contracting Authority requests that the Contractor submit together with the tender the said means of evidence, i.e. technical documentation to confirm the compliance of the offered supplies with the requirements/characteristics specified in the description of the subject of the contract (applies to all parts of the subject of the contract). Details are contained in Chapter VIII to SWZ.
