Delivery time for mandatory sections is two (2) months.
The price also includes mandatory options with a delivery time of eight (8) months from the order.

The target of the procurement is the remote technology equipment, application and support related to its use needed for remote home care, remote home rehabilitation and remote day activities in the wellbeing services counties of Vantaa and Kerava. The target group consists of elderly home care clients and informal care families in Vantaa and Kerava. Possibility to develop group activities involving more than 8 people, as well as activities whose content is carried out by the third or other sector. Possibility for such activities/contacts that can also be carried out by the relatives and/or other close relatives of the home care client. For elderly clients, it must be possible for the client to join a remote appointment via video and audio connection without complicated procedures, and the connection must also be automatically opened by a professional with the client's consent.

The target of the procurement is the remote technology equipment and/or technical application needed for remote services in the wellbeing services counties of Vantaa and Kerava, as well as support related to its use. The target group is clients of rehabilitation services in Vantaa and Kerava.
