Assignment of the final, executive design and safety coordinator assignment to the work of regulatory adaptation and expansion of the accommodation facility of the Rest Home and Protected Residence "Vittorio Emanuele II"

The intervention synthetically consists in the restructuring, regulatory adaptation and expansion of the Vittorio Emanuele II House of Resent located in the Municipality of Jesi with the aim of equipping the structure with a settlement capacity of around 150 guests in the form of a protected residence, rest home and Assistance residence, through a general reorganization from the health point of view of the structure as well as from the building-plant profile of the existing complex, taking into account the regulations governing the sector in question, as detailed in the Technical-economic feasibility study prepared by the Station contracting through the appointed technician and as better described in the descriptive and performance technical specifications.
