The subject of the contract is the supply of pharmaceutical products - radiopharmaceuticals. The subject of the contract has been divided into parts and includes 5 packages. The offer for its validity in a given package must be made for all positions. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of offers for items within packages.

The vial should be sterile, aspirogenic with a capacity of 25 ml, made of glass, class I hydrolytic, transparent, with a volume scale applied to read the volume in the normal setting of the vial, covered with a rubber stopper and closed with an aluminium cap providing (after removing the cover) access to the stopper. The diameter of the hole in the cap is at least 9 mm, the maximum height after removing the cap cover is 58 mm. Vial dimensions diameter 30 mm, height 55 mm, neck diameter 16 mm, neck height 7 mm, flange diameter 20 mm, flange height 3.8 mm hole diameter 12.5 mm.
