The Contract concerns the supply of lubricating oils and greases including complementary services in favor of the Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane Group Companies, based on the official lists for Italy of the various Brands, divided into 7 lots (the amounts are intended including all the cost components of lubricating oils and greases and VAT not included):

- Lot 1 brand PETRONAS, amount based on tender 150 000.00 EUR, excluding VAT, CIG 806821232B,

- Lot 2 ESSO brand, amount based on tender 210 000.00 EUR, excluding VAT, CIG 80682209C3,

- Lot 3 Q8 brand, amount based on tender 380 000.00 EUR, excluding VAT, CIG 806823347F,

- Lot 4 SHELL brands, amount based on the tender 680 000.00 EUR, excluding VAT, CIG 8068240A44,

- Lot 5 MOBIL brand, amount based on tender 860 000.00 EUR, excluding VAT, CIG 8068245E63,

- Lot 6 PANOLIN brand, amount based on tender EUR 1 720 000.00, excluding VAT, CIG 8068253500,

- Lot 7 VARI brands, amount based on the tender 600,000.00 EUR, excluding VAT, CIG 8068265EE4.

The subject of the contract is the supply of Petronas brand oils and greases (Petronas list) based on the official list for Italy.

The supply is to be considered inclusive of the complementary services provided by the Technical Specifications and the Framework Agreement Scheme.

The total value of this lot is EUR 150 000.00 including all the cost components of oils and lubricating greases and excluding VAT.

As a result of the tender procedure with the Assignee, a framework agreement will be stipulated for a period of 12 months starting from the date of stipulation and amounting to EUR 75,000.00 including all the cost components of oils and lubricating greases and VAT excluded .

The Contracting Station - in addition to the provisions of art. 14 point 2 of the "General Contract Conditions for Supply Contracts of FS Group Companies" registered with the Revenue Agency, Rome Provincial Directorate 1, Rome 1 Territorial Office, Trastevere, at no. 5987, Series 3, dated 23.6.2017, available on the website: www.ferservizi.it - reserves the right to exercise the option amount, at the same terms and conditions, with one or more unilateral deeds, for a maximum of 75 000.00 EUR including all the cost components of oils and greases and excluding VAT.

The Contracting Station also reserves the right to exercise the option of time extension of the Framework Agreement, before the natural expiry, for a maximum of an additional 12 months, under the same terms and conditions, with one or more unilateral deeds, in the hypothesis where the maximum amount established is not exhausted upon expiry

The 2 options may be exercised either alternatively or cumulatively.

The above options, if exercised, will be communicated to the Contractor by certified e-mail at least 10 days before the expiry of the relevant Framework Agreement.

With regard to the identification and quantification of the security charges and related DUVRIs (Determination n. 3/2008 of the AVCP), as this is a framework Agreement it is specified that, upon the occurrence of the conditions, the same will be quantified by the individual Companies upon issue of the Application orders. With reference to the maximum amount of the Framework Agreement it is specified that the Assignee will have nothing to claim for any reason against the services not requested and consequently not returned during the execution of the Framework Agreement, in the case in which at the moment of the expiry of the latter, the maximum amount of the same has not been consumed and whatever the amount of the services requested up to the moment.

The subject of the contract is the supply of lubricants and lubricants from the Esso brand (Esso price list) based on the official list for Italy. The supply is to be understood as including the complementary services provided by the Technical Specifications and by the Framework Agreement Scheme. The total value of this lot is € 210,000.00 including all the cost components of oils and greases and excluding VAT.

As a result of the tender procedure with the Awardee, a Framework Agreement will be stipulated for a period of 12 months starting from the date of stipulation and amounting to € 105,000.00 including all the cost components of oils and lubricating greases and VAT excluded.

The Contracting Station - in addition to the provisions of art. 14 point 2 of the "General Contract Conditions for Supply Contracts of FS Group Companies" registered with the Revenue Agency, Provincial Directorate I of Rome, Roma Territorial Office 1 Trastevere, at no. 5987, Series 3, dated 23.6.2017, available on the website: www.ferservizi.it - reserves the right to exercise the amount option, at the same terms and conditions, with one or more unilateral deeds, for a maximum of € 105,000.00, excluding VAT.

The Contracting Station also reserves the right to exercise the option of time extension of the Framework Agreement, before the natural expiry, for a maximum of an additional 12 months, at the same terms and conditions, with one or more unilateral deeds, in the hypothesis in which at the end of the term the maximum established amount is not exhausted. As a result of the tender procedure with the Contractor a Framework Agreement will be stipulated lasting 12 months starting from the date of stipulation and amounting to € 190,000.00 including all the cost components of oils and lubricating greases and VAT excluded. As a result of the tender procedure with the Awardee, a Framework Agreement will be stipulated for a period of 12 months starting from the date of stipulation and amounting to € 340,000.00 including all the cost components of oils and lubricating greases and VAT excluded. The supply is to be understood as including the complementary services provided by the Technical Specifications and by the Framework Agreement Scheme. The total value of this lot is € 860,000.00 including all the cost components of lubricating oils and greases and excluding VAT.

As a result of the tender procedure with the Contractor, a Framework Agreement will be stipulated for a period of 12 months starting from the date of stipulation and amounting to € 430,000.00 including all the cost components of oils and lubricating greases and VAT excluded.

The Contracting Station in addition to the provisions of art. 14 point 2 of the "General Contract Conditions for Supply Contracts of FS Group Companies" registered with the Revenue Agency, Provincial Directorate I of Rome, Roma Territorial Office 1 Trastevere, at no. 5987, Series 3, dated 23.6.2017, available on the website: www.ferservizi.it - reserves the right to exercise the amount option, at the same terms and conditions, with one or more unilateral deeds, for a maximum of € 430,000.00 including all the cost components of oils and greases and excluding VAT.

As a result of the tender procedure with the Awardee, a Framework Agreement will be stipulated for a period of 12 months starting from the date of stipulation and amounting to € 860,000.00 including all the cost components of oils and lubricating greases and VAT excluded.

The total value of this lot is € 600,000.00 including all the cost components of oils and lubricating greases and excluding VAT.

Following the tender procedure, Ferservizi reserves the right to select 3 brands from those proposed by the competitors (according to the methods described in the Tender Regulations). For each brand a Framework Agreement will be stipulated for a period of 12 months starting from the date of stipulation and an amount equal to € 100,000.00, including all the cost components of oils and greases and excluding VAT.
