The framework agreement, hereafter called the contract, will cover the contracting authority's need for institutional household equipment in Ringsaker Municipality. The contract will also include support and maintenance.

The contract will cover the delivery of equipment and machines to production kitchens, station kitchens and other kitchens that require institutional household machines.

The contract will also include service and maintenance of products delivered under the contract, as well as the contracting authority's products that are outside the guarantee period.

Service and maintenance must be included in the unit prices in the 3-year guarantee period.

The contract duration will be 2 years. The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract for 1 + 1 year. The total contract period is thus 4 years.
