The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity, during the period after the effective termination of the contract on the basis of which the contracting has previously purchased electricity and after effectively carrying out the process of changing the seller with the DSO, keeping the limit deadline for execution of the order up to the date 31.12.2022 r. (planned period of 8 months, i.e. from 01.05.2022), for 193 points of energy consumption, for the purposes of street lighting, operation of buildings, premises and commercial facilities in the territory of the municipality of Zgierz, in the amount of 1.843.453 kWh subject to individual points electricity consumption, detailed in Annexes 1, 2 and 3 to the SWZ.
The supply of electricity will be carried out for the needs of facilities qualified for 3 groups according to the following classification:
Group 1 — road lighting,
Group 2 — buildings, premises,
Group 3 — facilities: hydrophins, treatment plants and pumping stations.
2. The tangible scope of the order includes the purchase of electricity to:
- 146 energy points for street lighting, 6 energy points for the needs of buildings, i.e. building of the Zgierz Municipality Office, Sports and Recreation Facility
in Rosanów, Centre for Social and Cultural and Sports Activation in Gieczno, a village block in Jedliczy A, an economic building in Jedliczy B, a village block in Kaniej Góra, for which the invoice payer is Gmina Zgierz;
- 41 energy points for lighting, buildings, premises and utility facilities for which invoice payers are the following organizational units:
