no exclusivity of the Holder if:
- Impossibility of performing the services,
- Exceptional needs in the context of specific projects or requiring specific expertise;
- Urgent needs to which the Account Holder cannot respond.
delivery times: Monday to Friday (9-12:00/14-17:00)
transport, collection and delivery including empty packaging, consumables, office automation, furniture IT, letters, files (see Cctp)
Express Transport (Metropolitan France)The request for transport the day before the collection or on D0 before 11 am; after that, validation by the Holder.
products to transport: IT equipment, telephone equipment, Covid-19 protective equipment (including gel: Tmd), communication media, kakemonos, etc. (non-exhaustive list).
removal: morning and/or afternoon,
desired delivery times:
- no later than the next day before 1 pm,
- no later than the next day before 5 p.m.
perimeter: any departure or arrival in France,
type of shipment: single or multi-package shipment with a maximum unit weight of 30 Kg.
Courier Transport (Metropolitan France)The transport request made on D0 before 11:00 to guarantee the collection on D0, beyond, validation by the Holder.
products to transport: computer equipment, brewing cabinets, office furniture, furniture, plants, etc. (non-exhaustive list).
removal: morning and/or afternoon,
delivery time: on average 24:00/48:00 depending on the place of delivery in France,
perimeter: any departure or arrival in France,
type of shipment: single or multi-package and/or standard size pallets, greater than 30kg.
Drom TransportationProducts to carry: laptops, mobile phones, screens, etc. (non-exhaustive list).
removal: morning and/or afternoon,
delivery time: on average 48:00/72:00 depending on the place of delivery in France,
perimeter: any departure or arrival in France to or from Drom.
type of shipment: single or multi-package shipment with a unit package weight from 0.5 kg (package or pallet).
