Framework agreement for the provision of support services in the areas: -Project management -Specialist master data -Business analysis -Test management and software tester -Test manager

Conclusion of a framework agreement for several companies to provide support services in the areas:

- Lot 1 - project management,

- Lot 2 - specialist master data,

- Lot 3 - business analysis (settlement),

- Lot 4 - business analysis (master data),

- lot 5 - testers,

- Lot 6 - test manager.

On the basis of this framework agreement, the KVN will cover its needs with temporary call orders, which are awarded in the so-called mini-competition between the framework contract partners (max. 4 per LOT).


project management

The support service includes the independent planning and implementation of the sub-project and essentially includes the planning and monitoring of the individual work packages, the control of the requirements recording and analysis, the development of migration scenarios and the control of internal and external employees.

Specialist master data

The support service includes independent work as well as control of work packages in the areas of planning, implementation, configuration, quality assurance.

The work is carried out as part of a team, which is guided by the specialist master data. Cooperation and Control of internal and external employees.

Business analysis (billing)

The support service essentially includes the recording of requirements and documentation in the specialist departments of the KVN.

Business Analyst (master data)

The support service essentially comprises the structured collection and classification of requirements in the departmental departments of the KVN as well as their documentation, in particular in connection with the development of electronic forms.

tester

The support service essentially includes testing applications (test execution + test creation).

test Manager

The test manager is the central control unit of the test management team. He is responsible for the conceptual establishment of a coordinated test management process and later for the operational control of this process.
