The city of Bad Urach intends to build a village community center (DGH) in the district of Hengen. For this purpose, the existing old school building is to be demolished in parts and rebuilt or renovated in the preserved stock. The subject of the present award procedure is the award of planning services for object planning for buildings and interiors in accordance with § 34 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10.1 in service phases 1 to 9 for demolition and new construction of the village community center in the district of Hengen.

The city of Bad Urach intends to build a village community center (DGH) in the district of Hengen. For this purpose, the existing old school building is to be demolished in parts and rebuilt or renovated in the preserved stock.

Some time ago, the city of Bad Urach commissioned the architectural firm dhs from Metzingen to prepare various feasibility studies. These studies were then evaluated by the local council / administration of the city of Bad Urach. In addition, a citizens' consultation was held.

Now the project "Demolition and new construction of the village community center in the district of Hengen" is to be implemented.

The subject of the present award procedure is therefore now the award of planning services for object planning for buildings and interiors in accordance with § 34 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10.1 in service phases 1 to 9 for demolition and new construction of the village community center in the district of Hengen.

The commissioning of the planner selected in the context of this award procedure takes place from service phase 1. A step-by-step commissioning is intended, there is no entitlement to further commissioning.

According to current planning, the city of Bad Urach expects a total construction volume of around EUR 2.1 net (KG 200-400 according to DIN 276-1:2008-12). Funding from the Rural Development Programme is to be expected.

The planning services are to take place from mid-November 2023. The start of construction is planned for 2024/2025.
