In this procurement, Helen Electricity Network Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the "Subscriber") is looking for 1-4 suppliers to deliver those to be placed in its distribution network

separate transformer substations for the period 1.1.2023 - 31.12.2024.

The estimated total amount of procurement is 15 pcs/year, total. 30 pcs.

Approximately on an annual basis:

If additional substations are ordered during the original contract period, they will be agreed separately between the parties.

Any additional substations will be charged at the unit price according to the position.

However, the subscriber cannot commit to this amount. That's just an estimate.

The provider can offer all the different substation types (Pos. 1- Pos.6) or only the desired positions from them.

The client has the right to combine the acquisitions of the following positions:

* Pos. 3 and 4 OR

* Pos. 5 and 6.

Separate transformer substations are ordered from 1-4 suppliers per position. In the procurement decision, the client can bundle the procurements of positions 3 and 4, 5 and 6 into two entities and order them on a per-entity basis.

If mailings 3 and 4 or positions 5 and 6 are combined, the decisive factor is the total price and qualitative factors of the positions offered in question (the delivery time guaranteed by the proposed supplier for delivery a and the commitment to a 1% higher contractual penalty).

Separate transformer substation deliveries weighing more than 4000 kg are transported directly

to the installation site. The Supplier is responsible for the lifting work, any requirements for the lifting site

on traffic arrangements, permits and lifting plan in the case of more than 4000 kg

heavy separate transformer substation delivery. This must be included in the promotional price.

The customer reserves the right to order similar separate substations also from other suppliers during the contract period, so there is no contractual exclusivity for equipment deliveries.
