With this Tender, we want to come to an agreement with a maximum of five (5) contractors for the benefit of UBR| Organisational establishment in accordance with laws and regulations, who are able to provide expertise for issues relating to organization (re) design, organisational research, development and management of instruments and systems such as the Function Building Rijk, Fuwasys 2020, KWIV and KWIK. The use of the Framework Agreements will be limited to the Ministry of Interior and Kingdom Relations. A Framework Agreement will be concluded with each of the five contractors without a purchase obligation. Further Agreements will be concluded under the Framework Agreements. If Contractors cannot provide for the delivery of advisors, the Client is free to recruit such a candidate elsewhere and outside this Framework Agreement.
