The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of a comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel in the form of high-methane natural gas type E with a pressure of up to and including 0.5 MPa up to two consumption points located at the airport in Królewo Malborski for the purpose of operating buildings administered by the 22nd Infantry Division. Tactical Aviation Base in Malbork on the principles set out in the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) and in executive acts issued on its basis, with specific quality standards.

Projected gas volume of about 8,130,000 kWh

Including:

• consumption point with a contractual capacity of 2 150 kWh / h – 5 470 000 kWh

• consumption point with a contractual power of 950 kWh / h – 2 660 000 kWh

The demand indicated above is an estimate requirement and represents the anticipated gas consumption, which may not reflect the real use of natural gas during the duration of the contract.
