The contract includes comprehensive design and assembly:
a) Photovoltaic installations generating electricity will be installed and used for social and living needs in 414 individual households;
b) Solar collector installations generating thermal energy will be installed and used for social and living needs in 132 individual households.
The total capacity of photovoltaic installations and solar collectors for the City and Commune of Ostrzeszów cannot exceed 2 MW, therefore the capacity of photovoltaic installations in total cannot exceed 1.45908 MWp, while the capacity of solar collectors cannot exceed 0.54092 MW.

Part 1
Design (separate project for each facility), delivery, assembly, commissioning and carrying out the procedure of incorporating photovoltaic microinstallations into the OSD network, along with conducting instructions for facility users in the scope of installation operation and servicing of the installation during the warranty and warranty period. Photovoltaic installations generating electricity will be installed and used for social and living needs in 414 individual households.
Installations with a total capacity of 1459.08 kWp (1.46 MWe) (power of one module = 270 Wp) will be located on the property of residents of the City and Commune of Ostrzeszów - a total of 414 objects:
a) with a power of 2.16 kWp, 8 modules - 60 installations
b) with a power of 3.24 kWp, 12 modules - 185 installations
c) with a power of 4.32 kWp, 16 modules - 169 installations
Depending on technical conditions, installation of roofs on residential buildings (342 installations), facades of residential buildings (2 installations), roofs of garage / adjacent outbuildings (8 installations), roofs of garage / free-standing outbuildings ( 56 installations) or on the ground (6 installations) - then the investment will be located on transformed land, on the plot next to the residential building.
Part 2
Design (separate project for each facility), delivery, assembly, commissioning of the solar collector installation along with conducting instructions for facility users on how to operate the installation and service of the installation during the warranty and warranty period. Solar collector installations generating heat will be installed and used for social and living needs in 132 individual households.
Installations with a total minimum power of 539.46 kW (0.53946 MWe) and at the same time with a total maximum capacity of 540.92 kW (0.54092 MW) will be located on private real estate belonging to the commune residents - a total of 132 facilities. The Contractor is required to assemble the installation, which consists of two or three plates, while maintaining the abovementioned powers and the number of locations. The following sets of collectors are proposed (with the Contractor presenting the proposed amounts of individual sets in a way that guarantees reaching the minimum and maximum power depending on the power offered in the single panel):
- 2 flat solar collectors, capacity 250 l container - 63 pcs of installations
- 3 flat solar collectors, capacity 300 l container - 69 pcs. of the installation
Depending on technical conditions, the installation is expected to be installed on the roofs of residential buildings (112 installations), facades of residential buildings (6 installations), roofs of adjacent garages / outbuildings (6 installations) or free-standing garages / outbuildings (8 pcs of installations).
