The listed ward building "Haus Monika" at the site of the St. Hedwig Hospital in Berlin Mitte is being extensively rebuilt and renovated in several sections. The work will be carried out on all floors (basement to 4th floor) of the existing building on an area of 6,600 m² GFA.
Early measures of building services include, among others, the following services (excerpt from the course):
Sanitary:
- Dismantling of sanitary items approx. 20 pieces
- Dismantling of pipelines dirty water/drinking water approx. 260 m
- Installation of drinking water pipe incl. fittings and fittings up to DN 65, approx. 95 m
- Installation of sewage pipe incl. fittings and fittings up to DN 150, approx. 70 m
- Shut off, drain and disconnect the line approx. 48 pieces
- Establish connection to stock approx. 54 pieces
Heater:
- Dismantle steel pipe up to DN 65 with insulation approx. 70 m
- Shut off, drain and disconnect line approx. 128 pieces
- Break off radiators approx. 9 pieces
- Assemble radiators approx. 8 pieces
Ventilation:
- Dismantling ceiling unit approx. 4m x 1.5 m incl. 15m² pipeline network
