The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel - the supply of high-methane natural gas with the symbol E together with the distribution service - in the period from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2023 up to 361 collection points (PPG).

The forecast amount of gaseous fuel – basic order – is 9 288 006 m3 (105 883 280 kWh using a conversion factor of 11.4).

The above data are indicative. The contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in collection. Reducing or increasing the amount of gaseous fuel does not entail any consequences for the ordering party (recipients), except for the need to pay for the amount of gas actually taken and transmission services in accordance with the applicable DSO Tariff.

1. Part 1 of the order - Comprehensive supply of natural gas to facilities with tariff group W-1.1. - W-5.1.

2. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply - including the sale and provision of distribution services - of high-methane natural gas with the symbol E in the period from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2023, with a total projected volume of 54 446 398 kWh to 353 collection points described in detail in

Annex 1a to the SWZ.

3. As a result of the outcome of the proceedings, 24 contracts will be concluded.

4. The Ordering Party requests the payment of a security in the amount of:

1) in the case of submitting an offer for part 1 of the order, PLN 200,000.00 (in words: two hundred thousand 00/100).

2) in the case of submitting an offer for part 2 of the order, PLN 200,000.00 (in words: two hundred thousand 00/100).

3) in the case of submitting an offer for both parts of the contract, PLN 400,000.00. (in words: four hundred thousand 00/100).

5. DEADLINE FOR THE EXECUTION OF THE CONTRACT

Comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel will be carried out in the period from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2023, unless different delivery dates indicated in Annex 1a/1b to SWZ. The condition for the commencement of comprehensive deliveries within the contractual deadline is the effective implementation of the procedure for changing the seller.

The Ordering Party indicates the date of the order by indicating a specific date of commencement and completion of the order due to the need to maintain the continuity of supplies and transmission of gaseous fuel to the facilities.

2. As a result of the resolution of the proceedings, 7 agreements will be concluded.

3. The Ordering Party requests the payment of a security in the amount of:

1) in the case of submitting an offer for part 1 of the order, PLN 200,000.00 (in words: two hundred thousand 00/100).

2) in the case of submitting an offer for part 2 of the order, PLN 200,000.00 (in words: two hundred thousand 00/100).

3) in the case of submitting an offer for both parts of the contract, PLN 400,000.00. (in words: four hundred thousand 00/100).
