Supply of consumables

Supply of consumables (hereinafter referred to as the goods), together with the lease of equipment (module) in package 8 and free provision of equipment: cabinets (package 4), carts (package 6), monitor (package 8) in accordance with the type of assortment and the quantities specified in "Form assortment and price" constituting Annex 2 to the ToR and in accordance with the "Offer Form" constituting Annex 1 to the ToR - order divided into 99 packages.
