The subject of the contract are the supply of implants, endoprostheses, orthopedic elements, herniatic nets, systems for the treatment of pelvic organ static disorders and the treatment of stress urinary incontinence, divided into 30 parts called packages. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers for any number of Packages. However, the Ordering Party reserves the right to submit bids by the Contractors for the entire assortment in a given package. The products that are the subject of the contract must be approved for marketing and use in medical entities, in accordance with generally applicable laws and have appropriate certificates, declarations of conformity or other documents required by law.
