The contracting of the Wmo guidance and short-term stay 2024 et seq., for the EIA municipalities and region Midden-Limburg West, for the time being the municipalities of Echt-Susteren, Leudal, Maasgouw, Nederweert, Roerdalen and Weert, with characteristic "Implementation agreement Wmo guidance & Short-term stay 2024 et seq." (hereinafter Implementing Agreement). Due to the cooperation with other municipalities with regard to the Social Domain, the possibility of (interim) accession of municipalities is included in the Basic Agreement. If this situation occurs, this will be made known, so that any interested providers can still register.

This is an open-house procedure. The order will be opened until 1 October 2023 no later than 23:59, all providers who meet the requirements set out in this tender and tender28202 are eligible for the Implementation Agreement.
