Construction of the shell for a two-storey building, consisting of:

Technical duct (UG1) in WU concrete: approx. 160m3

Floor slab in WU concrete: approx. 400m3

Interior walls + ceilings in reinforced concrete: approx. 775m3

Exterior walls in infra-lightweight concrete (ILC 600): 450m3

as well as two prefabricated staircases

Preparatory actions:

Subsoil improvement by means of vibrating tamping columns ø60cm, depth: 6-7m

Introduction of gravel bedding under BoPl: approx. 430m3

Introduction of glass foam crushed stone under BoPl: approx. 1015m3
