Lot 2: Fritz-Reuter-Schule (5 objects), Bremerhaven

The aim of this tender is to find a suitable contractor per lot for the interior cleaning of the buildings and facilities listed below, all in Bremerhaven. This includes maintenance cleaning and basic cleaning of all buildings/facilities.

Lot 1:

An area with a total size of 15,498.20 square meters is advertised for cleaning:

f. Gaußschule I: 2,736.77 sqm

g. Gaußschule II: 6.452,87 qm

h. Gaußschule II sports hall: 1,389.09 sqm

i. Kita Neidenburger Straße: 858.68 sqm

j. North Sea Stadium: 4,060.79 m²

The exact building data can be found in the respective lots as Appendix 1 - "Building Data".

If a tenderer submits the most economical tender in more than one lot, he shall, within the framework of a lot limitation, be awarded the contract only for the lot which has the largest distance to the second-placed bidder.

There is no possibility to visit the site.

j. Seniorentreffpunkt Grünhöfe: 327.97 sqm
