Société Aéroportuaire Guadeloupe Pôle-Caraïbes (Sagpc) wishes to entrust an external service provider (referred to as "the Licensee" in this document) with the operation and maintenance of the "elevators and escalators" equipment :-d at Pointe-à-Pitre airport, in order to guarantee the continuity of service,-to increase the reliability and maintainability of the equipment,-to optimize its lifespan,- to ensure the safety of goods and people,- control costs. To comply with this objective, the Account Holder must:-carry out all services in compliance with the requirements of this contract;-set up an organisation to meet its contractual obligations;-ensure total transparency in the execution of the contract in close collaboration with Sagpc in order to establish mutual trust.-comply with the orders, decrees and standards in force
