The subject of the Contract is the provision of the Service in the field of management and supervision over the implementation of the project: "Revitalization of the railway line No. 360 on the Gostyń - Kąkolewo section".

NOTE regarding point II.1.1): full name of the contract - Investor's supervision under the project entitled: "Revitalization of railway line No. 360 on the Gostyń – Kąkolewo section" implemented under the Program for Supplementing Local and Regional Railway Infrastructure – Kolej+ until 2029.

The subject of the Contract is the provision of the Service in the field of management and supervision over the implementation of the project: "Revitalization of the railway line No. 360 on the Gostyń - Kąkolewo section", in particular:

a) Performing the function of an Engineer in accordance with the Agreement and the terms of the contract;

(b) Managing and financial management, in particular the comprehensive service of the Construction Contract in the scope of its settlement, monitoring and financial reporting;

(c) Technical management, including the performance of the duties of the Investor Supervision Supervisor for the Construction Contract;

d) Management, including coordination of the Construction Works included in the Project);

e) Conducting environmental supervision, including environmental supervision, in order to comply with the conditions of decisions on environmental conditions, decisions amending decisions on environmental conditions, decisions agreeing on the conditions for the implementation of the project (if required) and other administrative decisions in this respect.
