The object of the order shall be the collection and development (recovery or disposal) of the municipal waste from inhabited and non-inhabited properties located within the Łaszczów Municipality, in a way that ensures adequate levels of recycling are achieved, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended), , and the provisions of the Rules of Procedure of Purity and Order within the Municipality of Łaszczów approved by the Resolution of the Municipal Council in Łaszczów no. XIV/129/2020 of 22 September 2020.
