The subject of the tender is the procurement of qualified support services in the field of consulting and system integration as well as further development of solutions based on products of Atlassian Corporation plc. To this end, the Contractor shall provide project and consulting services in particular, taking into account the Client's circumstances. The decisive factor here is the competence of the employees employed. The services are provided on the basis of a framework agreement with a term of 24 months. There is no entitlement to the retrieval of services.
The subject matter of procurement are the services described in the service description, in particular the following services:
In order to implement the project "Consulting and system integration as well as further development of solutions based on products of Atlassian Corporation plc" and to achieve the objectives set out in the terms of reference, the Contractor shall provide at least - but not exhaustively - the following project and consulting services:
• Project preparation and planning
o Support of the Client in the preparation and updating of the general project planning for implementation depending on the Client's other projects.
o Preparation of a schedule with measures and work packages.
o Creation/updating of rough concepts for the Confluence and Jira software infrastructure, technical aids as well as the integration into the overall environment as a basis for detailed planning.
o Accompaniment and support of requirements management for the further development of the Confluence and Jira software infrastructure as well as the underlying process landscape.
o Coordination of plans and measures with other projects of the client.
• Project implementation and support
o Creation/updating of detailed concepts of the operating environment and process implementations based on the rough concepts and requirements.
o Determination of schedules and work schedules for the various areas and coordination with the client.
o Coordination of the ongoing project work with the client as well as updating of the work packages and measures.
o Reporting to the client with regard to ongoing measures and implementation as well as preparation and updating of a risk catalogue.
o Documentation of the implemented measures and configurations as well as updating of the architectural planning and documentation.
• Ongoing maintenance and support as part of project support
o Planning and preparation of maintenance measures for the Confluence and Jira software infrastructure and its components.
o Creation and updating of a maintenance and care plan for the Confluence and Jira software infrastructure.
o Planning and coordination of qualification measures for the Client's employees with regard to the operation of the new infrastructure.
o Planning and implementation of coaching of the client's employees for solutions based on products of Atlassian Corporation plc.
o Implementation of troubleshooting and troubleshooting measures during operation as part of "early-life support".
o Carrying out operational and performance monitoring as well as evaluation and reporting to the client.
o Identification of unknown causes of errors in the implemented solutions as well as identification, planning and implementation of corrective measures during ongoing operations and projects.
For this purpose, the contractor is expected to provide a holistic support service, which in particular ensures the quality-oriented and efficient provision of services as well as the technical instruction of the client.
The contractor is not entitled to the call for services. However, the client is entitled to call off the services described at any time. The details can be found in the tender documents.
