The technical operations of the city of Leverkusen intend to award the following services in a public tender:

maintenance cleaning service TBL AöR, Leverkusen in 2 lots by 2025. This includes:

Lot 1: entertainment cleaning Friedrich-Ebert-Straße 17, 51377 Leverkusen, 10th floor Lot 2: entertainment cleaning Borsigstraße 15, 51381 Leverkusen, rooms of TBL aöR.

The subject of this contract is the maintenance cleaning of the 10th floor, Friedrich-Ebert-Straße 17, 51377 Leverkusen. The new canal building, planning and execution is housed there.

The 10th floor is divided into the following room groups:

Room group A, office hard floor 325.92 sqm room group D, tea kitchen 5.80 sqm room group E, toilets 16.39 sqm room group H, traffic route 33.15 sqm total 381.26 sqm.

The service rooms in the administration building of the entertainment department of the Technical Operations of Leverkusen AöR (TBL), Borsigstraße 15, 51381 Leverkusen. The main building was built in 1995. Approximately 30 employees and around 80 employees work throughout the complex. In addition, the service rooms in TBL's newly built workshop as well as those of warehouse management in Remise B, which are also located on the premises. Cleaning the workshops and warehouses themselves are not part of the maintenance cleaning.

The Borsigstraße 15 object consists of the following parts of the building:

Building part A: Office building building part B: formerly canteen, now break room, with additional new kitchen and an additional office Building part C: Social tract with changing rooms, showers for commercial employees.
