1. The subject of the proceeding is the supply and installation of laboratory and office furniture necessary to equip the laboratory rooms of the Department of Pathomorphology and Molecular Diagnostics in Katowice.

2. The offer must cover the entire contract, the Contracting Authority does not allow partial bids to be submitted.

Justification for not dividing the contract into lots:

The subject of the contract is the complete equipment of laboratory rooms and social and utility rooms of the newly established research laboratories and is an order

of a single-branch contracting nature.

The subject of the contract should be carried out on the basis of the assumptions specified in the Assortment and Price Specification (Appendix to the Terms of Reference), the Technical Specification (Appendix to the Terms of Reference) and the Model Agreement (Appendix to the Terms of Reference).
