The purpose of this contract is the management and maintenance of the various technical installations of the police building located at Place du Théâtre, 5 to 5000 Namur for a period of 4 years.
It includes various batches related to technical management and troubleshooting:
- thermal installations and regulation (LOT 1)
- softener (LOT 2)
- electrical installations (LOT 3)
- the fire installation and the installation of smoke outlets (LOT 4)
- the automatic extinguishing system (LOT 5)
- automatic gates and barriers (LOT 6)
- access control (LOT 7)
thermal installationsTechnical management of thermal installations in general as well as all ancillary installations necessary for proper operation in the best conditions of comfort, economy and safety.
SoftenerThis position includes the technical management and troubleshooting of the EURODYNAMICS softener type 1105VE.
Electrical installationThis position includes the technical management and troubleshooting of:
• Low Voltage installation
• the 100 kVA generator
• 40kVA EATON 93E UPS
• the LINERGY power plant as well as the annual control of emergency lighting
• smoke outlets, their central and the system for opening the cupolas to ensure natural ventilation.
Fire installationThis position concerns the technical management and troubleshooting of the fire installations of the Police located on Place du Théâtre, 5 in 5000 Namur.
Computer cabinet with automatic switch-off and integrated air conditioningThis position includes the technical management of air conditioning (2 groups) and automatic fire extinguishing integrated into the 3 RITTAL computer cabinets (RACK) (CMC III).
NB: It should be noted that the fire extinguishing still needs to be put into operation. It will therefore be the subject of a first 'troubleshooting' when this market starts.
Automatic doors and barriersThis position includes the maintenance and troubleshooting of automatic doors and gates, namely:
- 2 automatic doors (at the reception)
- 4 industrial L-door shutters TUV type 440 LHR-LH (in the garage)
- 1 metal emergency shutter
Access controlThis position includes all the elements involved in securing and controlling access to the premises, namely:
- 32 cameras
- The digital recorder
- 41 badge readers
- 21 door contacts
- 8 intercoms (in the cells)
- The access control management center
- The cell call system
- The secretarial control desk
