The subject of the public contract are services consisting in winter street maintenance, for which the manager is the Mayor of Kutno – Akcja Zima.

The scope of the contract includes:

1) round-the-clock coordination and organization of winter street maintenance works along with monitoring the condition of street surfaces in the city of Kutno;

2) preparation and protection of equipment for winter street maintenance;

3) purchase and storage of roughening materials with a grain size from 1 mm to 4 mm and road salt (NaCl) in quantities sufficient to carry out work;

4) clearing snow, combating and preventing slippery conditions on city streets with the use of roughening materials with a grain size of 1 mm to 4 mm or road salt;

5) combating slippery conditions by means of a mixture of roughening material with a grain size of 1 mm to 4 mm and road salt in proportions agreed with the Ordering Party and with its consent;

6) removal and removal of excess snow;

7) maintaining the state of winter readiness and round-the-clock duty of the dispatcher – coordinator.
