The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the Sadki Commune in the period from 01.07.2023 to 30.06.2024 in the field of collection and management of municipal waste:
from the owners of the properties where the residents live;
from owners of properties where residents do not live and municipal waste is generated;
during organised roadside waste collections;
from the Point of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK);
from pharmacy points (expired medicines);
from playgrounds and street bins and baskets at bus stops;
in a manner ensuring the achievement of statutory levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste and levels of reduction of the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities.

in a manner ensuring the achievement of statutory levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste and levels of reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2519, item 1549 and item 2797) and applicable executive acts to the above Act.
The subject of the contract also includes the collection and management of municipal waste from property owners from the Sadki Commune, who are subject to special sanitary rigors resulting from specific regulations, related to the epidemiological situation and health protection. The organization of waste collection will be agreed between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor separately, taking into account the rules resulting from specific regulations, if necessary.
