Strand and Hjelmeland Municipalities extends an invitation to a contest for a new framework agreement for procurements, emergency service, and maintenance of locks and fittings. 

Stand and Hjelmeland Municipalities have a combination between automatic doors and swing doors. So that they reach their expected function time, and to avoid stoppages, regular inspections/self-inspections of the installations are carried out by operators in the municipalities.

The aim of the procurement is to establish a system for periodic follow-up of the installations in accordance with placed orders. Well-functioning installations will improve customer satisfaction and reduce costs for repairs and replacements. In addition to providing maintenance of existing installations, prices are also wanted for procurements of cylinders, keys, etc. There is an estimated shopping basket in the price sheet. The material list is based on what we currently have and on previous procurements.

Strand Municipality has made large investments in previous years in order to switch system to ILOQ. There are also plans in the coming years to replace existing locks with the this.

The service must cover a complete review of all functions of the doors and systems that are covered by the contract. The contracting authority needs a total overview of installations and assurance that all components function satisfactorily and are in good condition.

The contract covers emergency service, as well as repairs and maintenance in accordance with placed orders, within the scope described in the price sheet.

Strand Municipality.

Strand Municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement with two tenderers, provided that there is a sufficient number of suitable tenders received. This framework agreement will be signed with two tenderers, which will be given all assignments under NOK 100,000 excluding VAT. The contracting authority reserves the right to hold separate contests for assignments over NOK 100,000 excluding VAT. This will be decided in each case. The distribution of the assignments under this framework agreement will be 70% to tenderer no. 1 and 30% to tenderer no. 2. Hjelmeland Municipality

Hjelmeland Municipality would like to enter into a contract with one tenderer under this framework agreement.

The contract will be awarded to the tenderers that submit the most advantageous tenders for lot 1 and lot 2 based on the award criteria in point 4, award criteria.

This framework agreement consists of the following two lots. The municipalities will have different price sheets:

2. Hjelmeland Municipality - 'annex 4 - price sheet locks and fittings Hjelmeland Municipality'
