The market is an ordinary market. The procurement shall be treated at a global and flat rate price fixed in the act of undertaking.

Technical assistance mission to project management for the operation “Pôle Femme-Mère-Enfant” and the layout of the Pontchaillou parvis. The market is broken down into the following main phases of the project:

— phase 1 “call for applications”,

— Phase 2 “Competitive Dialogue”,

— phase 3 'development and signature',

— phase 4 “design”,

— phase 5 “realization”,

— phase 6 “warranty period”,

— phase 7 — PES “operation maintenance”.

Cross-cutting missions are also integrated into each of these phases and are detailed in the specifications. All the services to be performed are described in the Special Technical Clauses (CCTP).
