Supply of gaseous fuel for the needs of selected institutes of the Łukasiewicz Research Network.

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of gaseous fuel to 36 consumption points (hereinafter "PPG") with a total estimated volume of:

36PPG – delivery from January 1, 2024 to June 30, 2024: 21,228,559.82 kWh (base order).

2. The Ordering Party shall specify the minimum consumption at 50% of the volume indicated above.

3. A detailed list of PPG and a description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract.

4. The forecast consumption of gaseous fuel indicated in paragraph 1 above is indicative and may differ from the amount of gaseous fuel actually consumed during the term of the contract. Reducing the amount of gaseous fuel taken does not entail any consequences for the ordering parties (recipients), except for the need to pay for the actually consumed gaseous fuel at the rates specified in the concluded Agreement.
